I love the look of this diffuser, super chic and it holds a lot! I got it only a few months ago and it worked so well that I actually recommended it to a few of my girlfriends.My issue is that after only TWO months, it has started leaking NONSTOP from the bottom- just pouring out! It does not hold water and I have no clue why. One day it was working, the next morning I do my daily ritual of turning it on to get my day going, and water EVERYWHERE. I am so so sad about this. I have no clue how to get in contact with the company, but I'd love to get a replacement to continue to recommend this in luxury looking diffuser in the future.

My guests walk in and ask me what this machine is. They find it adorable. It looks a lot more expensive than it is. Just be careful not to leave it running.

For the customer service, I’m updating the review I originally posted!•••I really liked the look of this diffuser, although I felt some of it looked a little cheap… I loved the size too. I got it in early November and it worked well, I did notice the scent would be great at first but then I felt it slowly started losing the intensity as the diffuser ran.My main issue was that after 2.5 months, it started leaking TERRIBLY from the bottom- just pouring out! It would not hold water. I never moved this diffuser, I used it occasionally, not all the time. So I’m unsure of why it would start leaking! And it literally work fine the night before.Pretty upsetting. I wanted to love this but it just didn’t hold up.

I bought 2 of these in white. First one came in black and I was not able to get out to return it so I used it. Both black and white are easy to use, run for a long time, and nicely diffuse the oils. The white one you can see the colors through, glad I got the black one by accident, it works better in the bedroom.

I got this diffuser for my Mom for Mother's Day and she loves it! It is very cute and the fragrance fills her whole living room. It comes with a remote control that is very handy. I will be ordering one for myself as well.

It's so calming and chic looking. I love the oils that came with it and I love the remote control. I turn it on every night. It's a great buy!
