Why didn't I get one for me???
Got 2 of these for my 5 year old twins. Wanted something much more "bow" like to prep them for using a real bow in the coming years. This thing delivers. Not super accurate at all, but way better than the other toys out there. Flies far. Arrows could be a bit sturdier. But launching these things in a field back and forth at each other is great fun if you have 2 ofem. They caution not to shoot people, but they are very soft on impact at even close range. Just watch the eyes.

Great, safe, intro to archery bow and arrow set
Very impressed with this intro to archery bow and arrow set. Got it for our 7 year old who has shown interest in archery and done some shooting at camps. Wanted something more realistic than a nerf gun but safe that he could practice with as we have little ones. Distance and accuracy is impressive for this “toy”. Our five year old daughter was also able to pick it up and use it pretty well, too. And we don’t have to worry if our two year old gets a hold of it or in the way. This is a solid unit that isn’t flimsy or cheaply made. Am going to look for more arrows so he can shoot more at a time since this can shoot pretty far.

Fun Toy for kids
Fun toy for kids. Does not fly very straight so dont use it to learn how to shoot a target. The feathers are just stickers.

Love this bow so far!
Can't speak to it's accuracy, as i basically suck, but boy does it have power! It clears my apartment end to end better than any Nerf gun I've fired. Very easy to fire. Nice that it can be lefty or righty right out of the box, so i don't need another just to let my righty friends try it out.The arrows are plenty long for my draw. The stickers on them feel pretty cheap & might peel off just taking them out of the on-board quiver holder thing. The shafts are very thin plastic, reminds me of large pixy stick plastic. I worry that snapping them into the arrow rest or quiver may dent them. Stepping on them or putting any weight on them will probably deform them as well.Firing the arrows is 1 finger on top, two on bottom style with rubber sliding spacers to rest the fingers on. It's not difficult to draw or hold the draw. Having the cutout in the handle seems like it may make the aiming easier. The arrow rest clutches the arrow, they snap in and out same as the quiver. Assembly is very quick & easy & has all the tools you need to assemble it included. I can't wait to take this to the park & try it out!

I’m a grown man but I enjoyed it. Super legit, shoots very far and feels accurate.

So much fun
My grand children love these bows. Very well made. It is teaching them how to use a real bow when it gets time.

My bops love this bow and arrow
My bops love this bow and arrow. And a archery coach says this is a great toy to train with.

I REALLY want to love this bow, but...
I really want to love this bow. It shoots far, has soft tipped arrows, and has enough of a balance of requiring aim while also helping with support to keep the arrow in place that a 7 year old can do it successfully. The quiver keeps the arrows close by. But my son had it for only a few days and the string first unraveled a bit, then broke. I called customer service, spoke to a person, and she offered to send me another string at no charge. (I say "no charge", but I ended up buying more arrows while they were sending stuff which had $12 shipping for $15 arrows.) I was satisfied with her offer and her customer service. Perhaps this was a fluke! But we got the new string and again within a week it has begun to unravel and inevitably I believe will break again. My son is not using it in any way destructively, and he is remembering to take off the tension after use. So I really want to love it, but instead I feel like his birthday present isn't all he expected and was so excited for. Kind of a bummer. I'll be looking for another option.
