I have a sedentary job and spend lots of hours in front of the computer. Over a period of time, I developed poor posture which caused me neck and upper back pain. I was looking around for some solution when a friend suggested this product to me. Initially I felt a bit of discomfort in using it. However I felt it was helping my posture and so continued using it. After a couple of days, I got used to it. My posture improved. I did not feel any stiffness. A week later, my neck and upper back pain has reduced significantly and does not bother me anymore. I will continue using this product to maintain a good posture.

Sitting on the computer for the whole day is tough. This posture corrector is exactly what I needed. It doesn't do any miracles in the beginning but you will have to stay with it. If you can adjust your body to wear something on the top - please go for it! It worked very well for me.

A good product to remind you of correct upper posture. Not something you would want to wear all the time, but I find good to wear for an hour or two after work to help reverse the effects of job-induced slouching. Very prompt delivery!

Great help. I have a lot of back pain partially due to sitting for so many hours in front of a computer each day. My chiropractor recommended a posture corrector to help me sit in a more appropriate position. It felt strange at first, but now it doesn't bother me at all. I am amazed at how much improvement it has made. Comfortable and soft.

This does a good job at pulling my shoulders back.Certainly feeling better with my pain.I wore it for several hours(not recommended by manufacturers though) but I found it is pretty comfortable and easy to conceal over blazer while I am at work. You should definitely get it if you care enough for your health!

I was a bit skeptical about buying this, given there were no reviews on the product.I still bought it. But I made the right decision. It feels strange at first but does take time to get used to it,make a lot of difference in making you upright. I am feeling better with my pain these days as it reminds me about the posture.
