Had a minor cosmetic issue but William tell archery supplies was great with taking care of the issue and the product is well built and fun to shoot!

The safety switch popped right out making the bow inoperable (switch is really cheap looking). A shame because i had high hopes with the bow. Ive read that its a common problem. Had to return it. If they fix that safety switch issue, i would be happy to buy another 1 or 2

The media could not be loaded. Super cool to find such a nice crossbow on Amazon. This is nicely constructed, feels heavy-duty, and was super easy to setup from the get-go. All the screws required for installation of the front and rear handles were already installed but only half screwed in making it very easy to attach everything. Haven't shot it yet but I'll update once I can safely test fire. 4 stars from me. Thanks for reading my opinions, I hope they're helpful and take care.
