Great source of protein for right after my workout. I will say, the taste is just okay, maybe a bit on the sweet side. I think they're best not refrigerated.

Tastes ok, is exceedingly sweet. Not the cheapest stuff to purchase, but is handy in the individual serving packets. You can purchase this product in bottles, which saves a bunch of money if measuring it out doesn't bother you. If you can tolerate the sweetness this is a decent product and definately serves a purpose.

Good source of protein free of gluten, dairy, casein. The particular product arrived with packets that were dirty, and one was leaking and got all over many more. The packets came in a taped ziplock bag...
