Always was impressed with our order

Our first purchase with this seller was exactly what the description said. 250 crickets. As we continued purchasing from this seller, the amount of crickets in each order were decreasing. At first, we thought it was just a bad batch. It would go back and forth, 250 to 150 to 230 to 170, and so on. We didnt care much as we only had one bearded dragon. We started ordering from this seller since he was a baby. Only a few months old. Hes now fully grown and these insignificant quantities are becoming a major issue. Especially when we spend $20 for 250 crickets and only receive 25. AT MOST. This is implausible. I really cant believe this. We can get more than 25 at PETSMART for the same exact price. We value the relationships we purchase products from for our pets and its unfortunate that some vendors don't reciprocate the loyalty and value of our relationships. This was incredibly upsetting and because of this repeating incident we will now be going to look into the sellers competitors products and start purchasing from them. We have an aspiration to have a pleasing association with them. Don't make the same misapprehension we did. LOOK FOR NEW SELLERS! I was amazed by how many crickets we acquired in the past that I've told some family friends about this seller. The crickets they received had parasites. Their bearded dragon was perfectly healthy until being fed these sellers crickets. Their bearded dragon is fully grown but now has a revolting parasite infestation. They took their dragon to the vet and brought a sample of the live feeder insect (crickets) for the vet to examine. Later on during the appointment the vet explained that the crickets were infested with parasites. That was their first and last time purchasing from the vendor. I hope everyone removes this as their go-to seller. I wouldn't want anyone to have these complications. Or worse, a sick (or even deceased) beardie.

First off, they didn't come in a screened box as pictured, it was a squished box with no air holes. Second, they smelled rancid and third, 90% of them died within the first week. We tried this method since driving an hour each way to a pet store was costing too much money, we'll have to eat the cost and go back to that. We will not order from here again!

Many of these crickets we 1" when we ordered 1/2". unfortunately that is too large for our baby leopard gecko. Seller issued a refund and hopefully it was a case of wrong item shipped. we will try again with this seller and if all works out change to 5 stars. As for the crickets they looked very healthy and ALL were alive on arrival and have done well. quality crickets.

I love how quickly we received the package. The only thing I'd change is the packaging. We have our kricket keeper for our crickets. It was a major challenge getting them transferred to it. You open the box and they immediately start to jump out. I will say the crickets were a great size and very alive.

I HAVE A LEGITIMATE COMPLAINT!! BEWARE!! first off, yes I'm very satisfied with what they sent me. Ship/rec was close to perfect , lost less than 10. Problem is the pit bull demeanor of some of them. These things are fn monsters! My 6 yr old king baboon (f) lost a leg after 1st feeding! WTF? For me this is highly unusual behavior, these yrs have been uneventful til today. I've seen her take down 10 in her enclosure at one time in 28 hrs. 1 pit bull cricket took a leg b4 he died. I thought she was a beast, guess not. Would definitely order again. These seem way more aggressive than what I get at local fam pet store, wow! Lesson learned.

Just received these. I have little experience with housing and keeping live crickets. That being said, from what little I've researched on the net, I'm pleased.Almost all the crickets were alive.They were in a box with screening on both sides.They had small slices of potatoes in there for food and moisture.They had enough egg carton material in there to provide adequate hiding places.I've transferred them over to a larger container, added fresh potato. Some dry sponge, some wet sponge,, more cardboard and some oatmeal.Here's hoping for the best.

I was very impressed by this product. I had only ordered crickets from an online company once and the box came destroyed and most of the crickets missing however this box came perfectly sealed with only one cricket dead. I will be buying again.
