I have read Extreme Ownership and The Dichotomy of leadership, both are excellent books and should be read consecutively, in my opinion. I also purchased the audio version and preferred audio over the book as narrated by Jocko and Leif. I would recommend to anyone at any level if you want to improve in life. This perspective is an awesome perspective on leadership. These guys are not only American heros but their books are a great service to current leaders and the next generation of leaders. Highly recommend.

Great reads a true must read

Jocko pulls no punches. He may be considered too extreme by most people, but in a world that has gone soft, he tells you how to step up your game and become a true leader. My son is a commander in an elite special forces unit, and he suggested these books to me.

Lot of great ideas to improve your perspective about 'responsibility'

My leadership team is going through this book. The leadership fundamentals you learn apply to all businesses as well as your own personal life. This is highly recommended!

Jocko and his inspiring words are great for leading people to lead better lives for themselves through Extreme Ownership. I recommend this book to most people I meet.
