Stop reading reviews and buy it!
Works as advertised! If you are buying sand bags in case of an emergency, spend the extra few dollars and buy this tool. Saves a tone of time, and let's one person bag 4x as fast than with a shovel alone!

Works but brittle and breaks in cold weather
This is good if sandbagging in warm weather. But when temps drop below 50 it is more likely to crack and simply split in half. Cheap plastic yields cheap results and a product that didn't last even a full year. I'm disappointed. Of course if they replace their broken product, I might reconsider this review based on customer service.

A good way to expedite a back breaking job
A good way to expedite a back breaking job. Doesn't help your back but scooping with this took gets it done quicker. Stores flat, the handle slots are quite helpful.

How many times was I LOL while using this today
Ok ... Being prior full time active duty Marine many years ago. I never had a to fill many sandbags however this thing had me LOL because I wasn't sure what took longer, loading the bag onto the Sandbagger, filling it, or tying it off. I do a lot of home projects and this thing was a HUGE time savor and seems to be rugged enough to last quite some time. Today I filled 15 to 20 bags without any issue. The video holds pretty true to how they fill up the bag even though anyone who has had a shovel in their hands knows that filling something up with a shovel isn't done that clumsily. For the Sandbagger you can hold it between your knees or hold the middle handles with your hand without much strain. The material they use has a lot of spring in it. So depending on your size you can use either method. They did a good job with the handle placements, a set close to each end and a set in the middle. Seems pretty tough and probably last a while. Living near a beach I can see taking this for setting up umbrella's with sandbags etc on a windy day. If you have questions please let me know and I will try to answer it. I give this 5 stars ... over time if it starts to have an issue I will come back and change if it necessary. However I do have a feeling I wont.Hopefully this helps and I try to give a fair and honest evaluation well on products that make live easier like this one! Also the price is good. For a product under 15.00 it's worth it.

VERY EASY TO USE
Sometimes before a hurricane the county gives away 10 filled sandbags per home owner if they wish. If the bags are protected over the years (I put my dried out bags in the tack room) they last. If left in the sun for any length of time they fall apart. During IRMA we had so much damage to home from wind, that we didn't think to protect the bags for later use.We purchased this device and tried it out at our sand pile. Instead of shoveling with the device, it was put in a sandbag to hold it open and then placed in a white 5 gal bucket to hold it upright and then used a shovel to fill in the sandbag. It was so easy that the bags were being overfilled and in the future will put less sand in the bags for easy transport to where needed. The filled bags will be held in the tack room until the next named storm. Easy to use. Glad we found the item. Would buy again. Recommend.

It's good to hold the sandbag open
It's good to hold the sandbag open, but leaves something to be desired as a shovel. I just use this to hold the bag open and a small shovel to fill the bag and it works fine.

Simple thing that works incredibly well.
How is it possible that something so simple can work so well. We recently filled 200 sand bags to reinforce an ocean sea wall.As simple as squeeze the center handles together, slide on a bag, lay it down and shovel it in. Stand it up and pull it out. Instant filled sand bag with virtually no effort.Even easier if you set it on an angle in a depression. You can place enough sand to completely fill a bag without ever touching the fill tool or bag. Makes filling a one person job with no struggle. Scooping with it seemed like a great deal of wasted effort and back breaking struggle. Much easier to pop on a bag. Lay it on the ground and with a square shovel fill the tool and bag with about five scoops. Then just stand it up and pull out the tool.Don't mean to go on and on but have to admit I was shocked that something so simple and easy to store worked so effortlessly. Great tool and great design.

A giant placemat!
Does what it's supposed to do. Basically, a large, heavy duty placemat. Bought a used one. Gonna get scuffed up by sand, anyway.
