I wanted to start waxing instead of shaving to have smooth skin and no more razor bumps. I didn’t want to spend too much money on a wax kit in case I decided waxing wasn’t for me. I bought the kit first of all when I got it, it didn’t even come with the charger so I had no way of heating up the wax. I had to reach out to the company to ask for one. Once they sent me the charger, I went to go test out the product. The product was not user friendly AT ALL. It took a full 40 minutes for the wax to fully melt and when it finally did it took all my strength just to push it onto the wax strip to get the wax to come off. But I gave it the benifit of the doubt seeing as it was my first time using it. Once I got a decent amount of wax onto the wax strip, I put it on pressed it down firmly and waited a few seconds, just like the instructions said. When I pulled it off, it only took off a few hairs. It took me a total recovery of 6 wax strips just to get all the hair off of my armpit, and even then it left a sticky residue that was impossible to get off. This is the worst product I have ever tested and it did not work at all for me.

This product performed exactly as it should. This will save me lots of $$$.

i bought this bc i saw it all over tiktok. i have very thick dark hair that grows back immediately and i wanted to try it. i had tried hard wax before but thought it was too much for a hassle and honestly hurt. with this product, i was able to wax both of my legs and armpits. it didn’t hurt expect for the parts that are squishier like the insides of my thighs. there were areas that i think we’re not completely dry on my leg bc when i tried pulling the wax off, it did not come off completely and just hurt. i also had not noticed until the day after that it managed to rip/burn? the top layer of skin off leaving the area PINK, it’s been like a month and they look like how they look in the picture. i didn’t even realize bc it didn’t hurt when i waxed those areas. overall, i’m happy with the results, i’ve never been hairless for this long. i’m going to try waxing again with the honey wax (which i think is softer/ for sensitive skin) and i’ll update the review.UPDATE: the marks on my legs went away. when i remembered i would put neosporin or vaseline but not everyday. they went away within a couple of weeks. however, i just waxed again and those marks and back but in different areas. they don’t really bother me but i would much rather them not appear. i wonder if it’s just user error, if the wax is too hot, or what the problem is.

The learning curve wasn’t the problem. I mean this is going to save you a lot especially if you’re waxing “everywhere “ yourself.In short I’d buy it again tbh.It’s cheap.I got the hang of it pretty quickly.Yes you have to wait like 15- 20 mins depending on how cold it is/ season. But once its heated I found it toApply smoothly,Stay liquid a whileThe problem for me is the wax removal after, at some point in getting to my underarm I either applied the wrong way or should have heated it again. But then trying to get the wax off was a nightmare. The cleaning spray worked well some of the time but not all. Hot water and soap didn’t do much…. And I put in work trying to get this off, even the little that was on my legs left over. I’m not sure if it was just my batch? Because I saw a review ( i think) saying they loved how easy it was to remove and it was water soluble.That said, like I said I’d buy it again lol Ikr. But seriously I mean you can’t expect perfection for 10 bucks.

I've been waxing my legs for many years at my local waxing spot until the pandemic hit. The spot where i was goin went out of business so i never trusted going anywhere else. I hate shaving my legs you can see the hair growing the next day. So i decide to give it a try and wax my own legs. At first i thought it was going to be a challenge but not at all. I warmed up the wax for 30min and it was ready to go i rolled the wax on the paper so i can get the roller going on smoother, after i was done I used the after waxing spray and clean my legs with a paper towel to get rid of the sticky feeling and it works great. It is normal for your skin to get red and irritated i used to get the same results even with a professional doing it for me, it goes away in a couple of days. A good tip that works for me I can use one waxing strip for up to 3 times and they start again with a new one you can save more strips that way and it works.

Only used one time, not easy to use. Would not recommend.

I have been looking for an alternative to going to the salon to get my legs waxed. I have tried the hard wax beads and it just took foreverrrrrrrr. A lot of the reviews on these kind of roll on wax kits had me super hesitant & nervous to try. But I was pleasantly surprised. I let it heat up for about an hour and I left it plugged in with an extension cord while I waxed so it would stay hot. It never burned me but I did learn that you don’t want to put the wax on too thick or it WILL hurt very badly and you will bruise. I did that on one section of my leg but once I realized what I did I made sure to put a thinner layer of wax and it was smooth sailing after that. I used the honey wax, I haven’t tried the rose one yet. Great buy! Saves me an extra $50+ a month!!!
