tonight is my first night using these patches. Ive seen sketchy reviews about other patches so I tried these out instead. so far for the first night theyre alright! now i put them on a few hours before bed to see how the adhesive stood up. it was ok but could be better. the english instructions are on the pads themselves but the box is all in korean but that was expected. if anything the photos are pretty clear! leave them on while you sleep and youll be good. they do help with tension on the bridge of my foot and even relaxes the toes which it doesnt even touch, but idk enough about the detoxifying aspect but it seems fine. my feet do feel relaxed and fresh in the morning i dont think the darkening effect is toxic, its common in some skincare. Idk how effective this would be for arthritis (i dont have it) but other reviews are about it. maybe Ill give them to my parents to try and edit this later. but my experience is pretty tame, just nice and relaxing. but maybe its because thats all my feet need?? idk. again. this is my first night- pretty nice so far. I do wish the pad was already on the adhesive. scent is light and hard to smell under the covers, but nice! i saw some bad review on the scent, maybe the batch was bad (not unlikely!), but mine was nice!

I've never used a sole pad before. Not real comfortable but you get use to it. The lavender scent is very relaxing.

Using each night. Not noticing any better sleep. But smells good.

I didn’t use it because the directions and ingredients are not in English.

I use this stuff so it's good to sleep well.Please try other people once.

The product smells like lavender, but I'm not quite sure if it actually does what it says.
