Clevr Rolling Bamboo Wood Kitchen Island Cart Trolley, Cabinet w/Towel Rack Drawer Shelves

I was very impressed with the quality and thought that went into this product. The material is a bamboo laminate throughout, thin strips of bamboo glued together. The finish was well done, even in areas that aren't visible on the assembled cart.Assembly went well, I spent 1-1.5 hours on it, but I was taking my time with it. The instructions are purely pictorial, and not perfectly clear, however all the hardware was separately bagged and labeled, which helped a lot. (No wondering which screws are which.) The included Allen key, which is used on most of the screws, was of good quality with a big plastic T-handle and decent steel, not the cheap brass thing a lot of places include. The wrench was cheap junk, but you only need it to attach the wheels, and it did work. You will need to supply your own Phillips screwdriver. Overall it was probably the best experience I've had putting together flat-pack furniture.The shelves are on the flimsy side. I wouldn't put appliances on them, but regular pots and pans are fine. The drawer slides are just bamboo rails, but they work smoothly. It also has drawer stops to keep you from accidentally pulling them all the way out. All 4 wheels are castored and 2 of them have brakes.Overall, I think that this is the best quality product I could have gotten at the price. I would say Clevr definitely lived up to their name. They didn't take a good design and just cut out details to make it cheap, they figured out how to keep all the quality details and still keep the price down. I am thoroughly satisfied and would definitely consider other Clevr products in the future.

This thing is heavy duty. I expected something much less based on some reviews. I put it together myself (67 yr old woman)...the hardest part was trying to figure out which way the plastic tabs go (they are supposed to keep the drawer from coming out all the way so the tabs go to the front)...I studied that thing for a long time...got it wrong and had to take it apart to get it right. Most all the pre-drilled holes lined up. All tools and hardware came with it. The packaging it came in was really good...Most of the instructions are decent but the tabs had me thinking this isn’t gonna turn out so good. Take your time. Leave it if you get frustrated and come back. I guess I got it together in a two hour period.I love the cart. It’s big. And because of its height it stands flush with my counter top. Doesn’t look cheap. Nice drawers. It has locks on the wheels to keep it in place.

When I first received this product, it was broken. The wood is good heavy quality, but the construction is poor. One of the pieces meant to support the drawer was broken off, and appeared to only be held on by two drops of glue. The slats were held on by small staples, and the bottom piece was split and had evidence of being broken and put back together with wood glue before being sent to us. I returned it, because for $166 I felt that was unacceptable. HOWEVER, the customer service was excellent and very quick, and I liked the size and look of this cart so I decided to try it again. The return of the cart was free, and by directly emailing the company I was issued a new one and had it within 3 days. The company was extremely fast, friendly and helpful. The second cart arrived whole and although the construction is a bit flimsy, the wood is heavy and once put together it’s very sturdy. It’s beautiful and fits well in our rather small kitchen and pantry. For me, the positives outweigh the negatives on this cart.

This was pretty easy to put together. The provided hex/allen screw tool would not fit into the screw heads, however a power drill with an extension fit perfectly into the longer screw holes. When I received this, one of the drawer rails/guides that came pre-attached to another piece was splitting where the company screwed it together. However the customer support was awesome and sent me a new one very quick. The whole thing is pretty sturdy. The only part that does not seem very sturdy are the slats on the shelving. It looks very nice and maneuvers easily. The wheels can lock, so it stays in place. The only thing that I do not like is the depth on the drawers. There is a good amount of space that they could of added a few more inches to the drawers to fill the empty space that is left behind them. But altogether this is a nice rolling island.

I have another kitchen type cart similar to this one. On the one sits my small apartment size dishwasher. So I needed another cart. Before the dishwasher, my cart was my 99% food prep space. Everything from some frozen dinners to making dough for bread making.This new bamboo cart is slightly bigger than my other wooden art. Any additional inches are a great thing. This bamboo cart has two drawers compared to one on my other. And the drawers are far bigger than the one on the other cart. This new bamboo cart has more space underneath. I keep my food processor, Instapot, Mixing bowls and so much more close at hand.This new bamboo cart sees a lot more food prep than the other did. To me, it is well worth the money. I am kind of tallish, and with my physical limitations, this cart is a really good working height. I do not have to bend at all to be able to work comfortably at it.The only issue that I had with it was one of the drawers. The top draw seemed to be binding on the rails it runs on. The whole cart being bamboo, I just used some wax from and old candle and lubed the rail and the channel the rail slides in. No more issue.

Me and my boyfriend were very impressed with the quality of the product and the overall product itself. It was easy to assemble, I felt confident it was sturdy. WE love the bamboo and it moves around so smoothly. We live in an apartment that has a lot of space but not much counter space so prepping food is impossible. The cart solved a storage and prepping space issue we had while also looking like a beautiful piece of furniture! Very happy with this cart, thank you.
