Hi guys. I usually don't write reviews, but this seems too important for me not to share with others who might be also struggling with their female hormones as I was. ("WAS"... I can't believe I can say that now) If you are thinking about getting this supplement... I'll cut to the chase. STOP SCROLLING AND BUY IT. You won't regret it. You can read on for my story... Hopefully it might help some one who is still on the fence about it. I was on birth control for over 10 years starting from when I was old enough to make any decisions about my body. Because I started so young, both my body and I seemed to have "forgotten" what it's like to have a natural period. I am 28 and I decided that I should probably get off of B.c. to give my body a chance to recalibrate its hormones in case I want to have a family in the (near) future. ALL HELL BROKE LOOSE when I stopped taking birth control. I know I am not alone in this because I have done EXTENSIVE research, that its "normal" for your body to go haywire after stopping synthetic hormone replacement. Its something I wouldn't wish for upon my worst enemy. I had missed my period for going on 3 months. My skin is a disaster (worse acne than when I was a TEEN). I was growing unwanted facial hair SO FAST. and I was moody, anxiety ridden, tired, and over all ... I hated myself. I hated that I went on B.c to begin with, that my skin was in the WORST condition it was been in AGES. I had acne in the hormonal region of my face (cheeks, chin, jaw). I was worried about underlying conditions these symptoms might be telling me... plus all this during the pandemic I wasn't going to bother my in-person doctor with these problems. I brought it up with an e-visit and what did the doctor say? For me to consider going BACK ON the pill. EXCUSE me ... sure, it might make things go back to the way they were. But that was not normal. I did research and kept coming back to Vitex being a natural solution. For some reason, I didn't jump on this right away... BUT I WISH I DID. I received the supplements on the 11th of feb, and now its the 23rd. Heres what I can say so far: 1. IT SMELLS FANTASTIC. I LOVE IT. I take a deep breath of it every time I open the bottle (a bit of a personal regime of mine to start my day). 2. It goes down easy. It really makes you feel like you're doing your body a favor by taking it. 3. To begin with, start with taking 3 a day. I took it as soon as I woke up in the morning with a glass of water, during lunch, and then before dinner. Doesn't say with or with out food so -- don't think that would make a difference. I still got terrific results. 4. Even though nothing was really overtly happening, I felt really EXCITED to take it everyday. There was something shifting in my mood. I didn't think much about this though, but thinking back it was probably BALANCING my hormones. I will never miss a dose. 5. I know its ONLY been a WEEK AND A HALF... But guess what. After missing 3 months, my PERIOD is here (sorry if TMI) BUT GUYS THIS SH** WORKS. I wouldn't be writing otherwise. Taking these supplements is the only real change I have made in my lifestyle since getting off B.c. As for my skin, It might be too early to say anything about what vitex might be doing for me in that aspect. I started using Adapalene gel on my face since Dec 1 and my skin continued to progressively get worse. I recently just started curology -- and my skin is only beginning to improve so I can't entirely Give credit to the supplement... but I know that if I continue to balance my hormones these issues will be fixed from the inside out. FINAL NOTES AND SUMMARY: Get it now. Your lady parts will thank you.

I’ve been using Vitex for over three years to manage my PCOS along with good diet, exercise, and good sleep. It has been the best decision I’ve ever made to manage my female hormones personally. I will never go back on Metformin or anything like that which was being proscribed. It caused me way too many side effects. Vitex has never given me dramatic side effects or issues! I’ll start off by saying I’ve had irregular periods since as long as I can remember,I could never predict when it would be and would go very long stretches without having one. For years I didn’t really care that I would go that long without a period (cause honestly who actually wants a period every month??) until my husband and I started to try for a baby. It made things very difficult for that whole process so I started to focus more on regulating my cycle. I tried a lot of different things but nothing seemed to work. I stumbled across a YouTube video that mentioned this product for regulating cycles (can’t remember what video specifically) I gave it a shot and sure enough little by little my period began to become more regular. It took around 3 or 4 months of using this product to get my cycle to a more normal timing but it was so worth it. I went from going sometimes around 60 days without a period to having one on the 28th day of my cycle. Very soon after my cycle regulated I got pregnant after 7 months of trying for a baby. And I 100% think it wouldn’t have happened without this product. I highly recommend this product to people with irregular periods and are trying to conceive . Even one of my doctors was shocked to hear about this product and how it worked for me. Hoping she learns more about it so she can recommend it to others as well.

I started taking this supplement because I suffered from ovarian cysts and was afraid I wouldn't be able to get pregnant. I combined it with zinc and magnesium. To my amazement, just three months after starting this regimen, I got a positive pregnancy test! I had also recently stopped taking the birth control pill that I was previously using to manage my condition. I'm not entirely sure how it worked scientifically, but I truly believe this combination supported my body's natural balance and health. I am so grateful for this product and the result

He comprado dos botes de vitex, uno en enero y otro en junio. Con el primer bote tuve resultados excelentes. Tengo baja la progesterona (me hice análisis clínicos para saberlo) y entonces no quise tener reemplazo hormonal, así que investigué y supe que vitex ayuda a mujeres con baja progesterona. En el primer mes ya no estaba tan sensible (lloraba por todo), y al segundo mes la menstruación tuvo un ciclo de 24 días (el mío era de 19 días). Así estuvo por dos meses más. En mayo el ciclo bajó a 21 días, igual en junio. En julio el ciclo bajó a 20 días. Hice un seguimiento y entendí que debemos descansar un mes para reactivar el efecto del vitex. Es un suplemento maravilloso, los días de tristeza se fueron, los sangrados eran normales (no abundantes). Sólo que sí debes descansar un mes sin tomarlo para que reactives su efecto en tu organismo.
