I have used this product for many years. It's a good substitute for salt. It has a good taste and I use it wherever I would use salt. It's not a 5-star only because it tends to cake a little; but that's not a big problem and never stopped me from buying it.

I read about Spike Seasoning on a food blog and couldn't wait to try some. Unfortunately, Spike Seasoning was not available in my local hometown grocery stores. Thus Amazon to the rescue! After placing my order with Amazon my order was at my front door within 3 days of placing my order. This seasoning is awesome! I started out putting it on just vegetables as the name suggest, but soon ventured on to seasoning other things. It goes on just about anything and taste great. I have actually started using Spike Seasoning as a substitute for salt. It is low in Sodium and actually better for you than salt. It is not an overwhelming seasoning; it allows you to enjoy the natural good taste of your food. So glad I found Spike Vegit Seasoning. They also make other Spike Seasonings that are equally as good. Thanks Amazon for the Spike Seasoning and until Spike products become available in my hometown, I will keep you on speed dial.

I have used this product since the 1970s. I love it and my best use for it is on popcorn. This package is new but the product is a bit lumpy. Not a problem though. I just mashed it around in the cellophane bag. The large size lasts for a long time. I used to replace it into the smaller glass shaker jar, but I don't have one right now, so I'll just have to gently sprinkle it from the bag. Love it. Recommend it. I will purchase it again.

I bought several products in this line. All of them were too salty. I love salt but we couldn't tone down the strong spice flavor to enjoy what we were eating.

It's Vegit and I've used it for a long time. It disappeared for a while but it came back slightly rebranded. So glad I found it here. It's not sodium free but it is low sodium. Great seasoning for almost everything.

A very good product that arrived in good condition and happily used right away. Whether cooking beans, soups or vegetable stir fries, Spike Vegit makes everything I cook taste good. I am so glad to have it in stock again..

Thrilled to be able to get this. Best spice around for bringing out the best in vegetable dishes. Just makes the flavor come to life. I recommend all of the Spike products - they're the best.

I go through about a bottle a month. Use for all sorts of cooking where salt is required, or just want an easy dash of flavor. Great on eggs and steaks. Just a nice all around general seasoning.
