I placed the order for 4 quantities of pack of 18. The seller sent me only one quantity. As I was travelling while the product was delivered, I missed the return window for the item. Tried contacting the seller multiple times through Amazon customer care but they were unhelpful. I see from the seller feedback that many customers have complained about same problem before. Leads me to believe that it might be deliberate from the seller's part. So future buyers beware.The product itself is decent. Out of the 18 panels I received, there were minor damages in few of them but were of overall good quality. Now I am short by 54 panels and have to order again from another seller.

Excellent acoustics and sound absorption. All of the echos in my room have vanished.ideal for sound dispersal, sound absorption, and echo reduction! This product's surface area is of high grade.
