I was surprised by the quality and power. I had bought a small handheld red light device for about the same amount. But instead of having to hold it over the spot I want affected, this drapes over my entire shoulder - or leg - whatever, and is much more powerful. Good price, easy to use, feels good on the skin. I haven't used the portable charger yet, but it looks like I could take it in the car to have with me.

I've had seven major surgeries and I have always used ice for 30 years . To keep swelling down and pain low.I gave this light therapy a try only because ice in a winner don't really mix well. I'm impressed not only did I feel the pain quickly go away it was faster than ice ever was. Don't ask me how but I can tell you it definitely works. I absolutely LOVE this red light belt! I have another one and both do the job of pain relief but this one is more convenient with the belt style. The other one I lay on. I use this one mostly for belly fat. I use my other fir my back. Depending on where your back hurts, this might be better used if you turn it so the length runs the spine and lay on it. Otherwise it's great for lower or one side of upper like a shokder or the neck but it's more narrow so it can't do the entire back at once. An improvement could be too widen the belt but overall I'm happy with it.

Item arrived and works as described. It does get pretty warm on level 5. I'm not sure if that's normal or not.

Gets the job done! Makes me sweaty and helped with my monthly cramps. Noticing minor improvement in my stretch marks around my stomach! I'm sure if I stick with using it, it will continue to make a difference! This one comes with a plug, more convenient for me so im not forgetting to charge it!

This has been a life saver. When I first got this I was hardly able to walk . This has been light and actually simple to use . Love the fact that it's not bulky and sticky like others I've owned in the past . This was much cheaper and does not lack one bit of quality. The only thing I wish I knew was that I had to buy the powerfully separately but it was actually pretty awesome once I got it .

It lasted just over two years before it stopped working. I didn't use it frequently. It worked well when I did use it. It was preferred over other heating pads.

Have only used this a couple of times, so can't give a very thorough review. The large size is very good at covering a large portion of the affected area. Very lightweight and soft. Easy and seems very durable when putting back in the box. Tingling feeling after having on leg for 20 minutes, so you know something is happening. Has to be effective, at least it doesn't give any surprises in the lasting effects.
