This thing is great. Allows you to customize pressure by moving the "beads" around (or maybe barley husks?). Maintains heat and coldness for a surprisingly good amount of time.Only downside is: TSA does not like this thing. Both airports we flew in and out of flagged my bag in security because of it on our last trip. So... Maybe don't take it when you travel?

I have all sorts of headaches, including migraines, sinus headaches, and tension headaches. This is better than any medication I have ever tried. It puts pressure in just the right places and makes a world of difference. I received my first one of these as a gift and loved it so much that I purchased a second one for back up. Highly recommend!

I got to try this product because my 3 sisters have them, and I loved it. Brings relief when my head starts pounding.

While this definitely will not make a migraine go away, it will help bring some relief with the heat and also block the light.
