Not What I Anticipated
I only used the brown sugar bacon rub. It look like plain brown sugar when I opened the package. I then poured the entire envelop in a bowl, thinking it had settled and needed to be blended but it all looked the same. I tasted it and it tasted like plain brown sugar. I was very disappointed.It did give me the idea to mix it along with additional brown sugar, sea salt, red pepper and J&D Bacon Salt (all to taste) to make my own rub. It turned out delicious. Thanks for the idea.
