Womens 1950s Vintage Sleeveless V-Neck Garden Party Rockabilly Swing Dress

Love, love, love this dress. Super cute, super cheap and super worth it. I love the color of the one that I received. The cut and fit are great as well. The fabric has a slight stretch to it, and is thick enough to kinda shield those problem areas that someone may have. I am a bit on the larger side and it looks super flattering on due to the shape. I would highly recommend this dress to most body shapes since it will fit well on most anyone, the only thing that might not work for everyone is the bust, if you have particularly small breasts it may gape out on the top. This can be easily fixed by taking in the seam though so if you really want this dress I would still suggest giving it a try since you can always return it if you just hate the way you look in it. I would also highly, highly suggest wearing a petticoat with this dress to give it the proper poufy level on the bottom.

I've learned to order things a size (or two!) larger than I really am on Amazon. However, I order a size larger than what I am here and the dress ended up being big. However, since it's 95% cotton and 5% spandex, I washed and dried it three times in hot water and high heat and it ended up being perfect (and it looked great after three washings!). Keep in mind that the sizes for this dress are very "true to size." The dress was beautiful. It's a thick, durable cotton. I would've expected a much thinner, flimsier material given the price. It ironed wonderfully. I wore a standard 26 inch petticoat underneath and it was perfect. The only issue I had with it was a slight rip along one seam in the back but I was able to fix that pretty easily. If it weren't for that, I would've given it 5 stars.

This is such a beautiful dress! I love the sunflowers pattern! I have worn this dress on many different occasions; wedding parties, graduations, work events, etc. I have received many compliments on this dress. I am 5'2 and 115 lbs and the dress length goes to mid-calf. The chest area is slightly large on me but overall, the fit is about right. It is an overall flattering fit and great for different occasions. I recommend hand or delicate washing and hang drying. Just beautiful!

Pretty dress but the front detailing came completely undone with the first wash...how am I supposed to use a dress I can't wash unless I'm prepared to iron the bandage detailing back into it?

LOVE this dress! It fits as expected. (I wear a 4/6 and got a small - it fit perfectly!) I am not very busty, but can see how this dress would not fit well on someone who is. Light weight and well made. Dress needs to be warm ironed before wearing, and I found I had to iron it several times and hang it up before all the packaging lines in the skirt came out.

Bust is Sized corectly per the sizing chart, however, the waist is a full 3 inches larger then the sizing chart states.
