Is this product really as good as advertised?

Do these have the nose piece? I saw a review that someone said theirs did not. That would be my deciding factor as I need that for my glasses.

Is it a 50 pack or 500? The description and headliner uses both interchangeably this is pretty vital information considdering the difference.
