If this was described as working that would be false because using this is like trying to make trash beautiful. These suck.

so, in order to set this up, and coming from a place with no time clock whatsoever where people just write their times down on a paper, the set up is taking some time. Its a bit tedious, you have to go in and program the schedule ahead of time, inputting each day for each employee with each break included and then allow for up to an hour early and late clock ins for each slot, or else it simply won't work if an employee comes in late, early or whatever. I anticipate this may cause some issues in the future for example if someone switches shifts or if there's a call in that happens before I can physically get to the time clock to update the shifts it has on file. You have to use excel 97 to do this setup, which luckily for us the store we are in comes with an ancient office computer. I otherwise use Mac products so I wish it were more cross compatible. My husband, however, assures me that this is par for the course with time clocks and it is better than nothing so we will see. we have yet to get this thing installed because the setup is a bit time consuming but he says it is nice, so far so good.

This do not work I received it late and nothing is working on it

We use this in our small business and it seems to work well. The fingerprint scanner has worked nearly every time so far. All but once. Even if it fails to scan, you can always use the card on PIN number. I have to say it was a good bit of work to get it all set up, but I think it will work out real nice for us.

I love the multitude of options for clocking in and out. There are four in total which are: facial recognition, RFID card, pin number or fingerprint scan. I've tested all but the facial recognition and they all work without issue. Navigating the UI and interface via the 2.8" touch screen is simple. After a few weeks of testing clock in/out times have proven to be accurate. So far so good.
