The first impression is deceiving!
Very effective device. The only thing I would add would be the ability of pivoting to the roller casters. To try to get them all moving in the same direction can be a bit challenging. When I first opened the boxes, I didn't think I had made a good choice, but they worked well.

REVISED review đź¤
Do not expect a “King” crane. This is an itty bitty thing. But it has excellent merit if you’re home alone moving furniture. You slip the blade under a furniture corner to pry it up. From there, put sticky felt pads under the feet, one by one. Once all the feet are covered with sliding pads, its a piece of cake forever after to push furniture about hard floors without scratching the floor. Pads are sold elsewhere and cost pennies. I moved a 42” x 18” bookshelf, loaded with books yesterday. Amazing! It was EASY using the paw-shaped wheeled pads. No strain on the bookshelf joinery. Customer service is nonexistant. Instructions are in Asian chicken scratch + drawings. Forget about returns. They will not contact you to authorize the return. You have to figure this thing out for yourself. I wrote a scathing review 18 months ago. Oops! This turns out to be a pretty nifty device.

Heavy lifter, no joke
I just about died when I saw this in the mail, it's so small! I have used it to lift five 600 pound pianos up to put casters in under the wheels, and I'm blown away. Lots of leverage, very solid, and I never felt like it was going to give way. Brilliant!

King Crane Rocks
This product is exactly what they say it is. We had to move a 350 lb gazable. We were able to easily lift each leg up with the king crane & place a roller under each leg.

Well engineered Jack
This is a rugged and well-engineered jack for home use. Lifting VERY heavy items become a breeze. The plastic items seemed flimsy but they endured multiple uses under heavy items with no damage.

Mediocre product.
The wheels on the rollers are too small to move real heavy stuff. The won’t work at all on carpet.

I do not how to use it.
The product came from Korea. The instructions were in Korean. My friends could not figure out how to use.

Expected a bigger crank
It is hard to say whether it is easy to use because It appears to be bigger in the photoBut it is not their fault, but I guess I can use it for something else
