Functional but poor aesthetic
Very cute oil burner! There are minor lines and imperfections in the soapstone, but it’s beautiful. I use this to burn amber and coconut oil and the fragrance fills the room beautifully. I did notice after one burn, the flame from the tea lite marked the outside of the stone with a big burn mark. I don’t mind since this is an item that utilizes flame and it’s benefits outweigh the aesthetic IMO, but something to note for future buyers.UPDATE: after a few uses, the top piece has turned brown while the bottom piece remains grey so I am withdrawing stars.

Amazing customer service!
This is a very well made oil burner, a little on the small side but still very nice. I ordered this and when it arrived I was so excited until I added the water and oil and realized there was a small crack in the top that looked like it may have been repaired before but it did not work so all of the water was leaking out. I emailed the seller and they responded so quickly and were so polite and really wanted to help. They thanked me for informing them of the defect so that they could make sure the items are inspected better before they get shipped out and said they would replace the entire thing not just the top piece! Amazing customer service, that alone deserves 5 stars!

I love elephants
Better then I expected! I love the feel, it is adorable lights on or off, and I really like that the dish that the oil goes in is removable for me to wash it.
