No issues!
I’ve been using these with my generic off-brand wearable pump that only came with one size flange and the inserts fit and work perfectly! They stay snugly attached and don’t fall out!

Works but wore out quickly
It fits my off brand handsfree pump but the inner seal broke after a month, rendering it unusable.

Doesn’t cover Where tube meets
Doesn’t cover where tubing meets so you’re rubbing against hard plastic tube. It ended up cutting my nipple. Do not recommend
