Well as a teen ager i liked sauerkraut , and now at 65 yrs old i still like it. I have tried many types, kinds and even made it myself. But hands down this is the best. I order some and cook my home made sausage to go with it.Only problem is i almost devoured the whole jar at one sitting. This recipe took long time to master, or was family heir loom recipe maybe. you don't get this good on accident.This recipe was cooked with LOVE, you can taste the difference.Also was packed well, even though we are at 7100 ft elevation, no leaks from jar.. packed well, and even has directions for opening for people who are young and stupid.

Daily Staple. Nutritious. Almost as good as my Late Mother's. An excellent farmer, mother & cook.

Omg, this puts any sauerkraut that has ever been made, to shame! I want to eat the whole jar, but unfortunately it's too expensive for me to purchase more. So I will savor it, and learn to make it.

Amazing ingredients, delicious. I added to grain bowl with a couple eggs for breakfast and feel light, satisfied, and energized. I feel so good about the health benefits of this product.

Not much juice in there or fluid whatever brine I guess, but it’s packed with contents, very delicious too. If you need healthy pro and I think prebiotics this is the place, tastes much better than sauerkraut
