I am pretty sure that the frustration free packaging they refer to means that each step in the building process is pre packaged so that you can continue the build process without having to hunt in a pile of Lego's for your next next step. It is pretty cool the way the sets come now.

LEGO's website has an easy to use system to request missing parts that they'll ship to you for free. You just put in the set's number and it'll display a list of all the parts. Scroll through them until you find the missing sticker, add it to your bag, then go to "checkout". It'll as for your name & address to ship it to you and then you just wait for it to arrive.
