Absolutely brilliant, purchased due to a cartlidge ligament tear in the knee, I’ve purchase numerous supports but none worked as well as these strips. I showered and it stayed in place, supported the knee and reduced pain and abled mobility.

This tape is sticky it has great adhesion, please wipe the top of the tape with baby oil and leave to soak for a bit, to break down the adhesive when you want to remove. Don't just pull it off like I did, taking loads of my skin with it leaving wounds. My fault for not reading the instructions.Gives great support and it lasts for threw days, even when I had a shower every night. Sadly I am allergic to something, probably the adhesive but the product worked, so much so I was able to rub up and down stairs and ladders pain free from my plantar fasciitis

These straps are great. They are breathable, so no white skin on removal. They offer good support where needed and excellent value for money

I applied this to knee area. I wanted to remove this after 3 days it was so difficult and painful to remove it. It left some adhesive on my skin which was a job to get off.Think I'll stick to the previous one I bought which was a roll of tape, much easier to remove.

I have been using this tape for a while and it is my 2nd time reordering. The pre cut strips are the prefect size and do the job. They have the right amount of stretch in them and flexibility making them prefect to fit any part of the body. I have had a couple where they haven't stuck so well but I put this down to user error !! Its great have they come in so many different colours, you can't get bored

I love this tape but actually find the strips a bit long

Easy to use, excellent product, waterproof so no need to remove before shower. Helps injured muscles to relax by giving support whilst healing. Great for all body areas, can be shortened if needed, as stretches a lot. Remember to anchor the tape then stretch middle area over injury then re anchor, otherwise it’s just a superficial plaster. More severe muscle injury (grade 2 plus) or acute back muscle spasm may do better with static tape for increased support for first couple days.

2 color options, precut, excellent adhesive. Happy with this purchase.

Die vorgeschnittenen Streifen sind sehr praktisch und aus einem können locker 4 dünnere Streifen geschnitten werden. Das Tape lässt sich gut aufkleben, reisst nicht, und haftet gut.
