Wasn't impressed. Came scratched and appeared used.

I ordered my gua sha stone from Wildling. We were away when it arrived, so I opened it a week or so after. When I opened the box, I discovered that that stone was chipped. It could easily scrape or cut your face if you use it as is. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a photo of a policy that customers need to report damaged products within 72 hours of receiving the package and that issues reported outside of that window will be rejected. Super disappointing. These products are not cheap. They’re so much competition. They need better customer service. I will not be a customer.

I purchased this direct from Wildling and it came with pretty packaging and was nice to use while it lasted. Unfortunately, it broke shortly after purchase with regular use. I was using on my arm and it broke in my hand with the top half falling to the tile floor and shattering. I contacted their customer service and their response was that on the package it clearly states that it is VERY FRAGILE. I would understand it breaking and them not offering to replace it for a discount if I dropped the stone but it literally broke while using it as instructed. I instead bought the $12 one on amazon and it works even better and hasn't broken.
