Microwave cooking?!
Wow amazing. If u cook long enough in microwave they taste EXACTKY LIKE noodles they loose the squishy thing. I do drain cook mine w/sea salt and cdrued cikantro , sage, patsley and lemon juice tho ...dump the excess water then cook a bit longer til no water leaves the collinder onto the plate below , until they are squealing a bit the noodles ... then i take out add whatver im adding and cook again. Ive already lost ten pounds substituting pasta and mac and cheesenoodles with these .

Excellent, but pricey
If you prepare these properly, they are just like rice noodles you would get in Pho or Singapore Noodle. I even made a creamy pasta dish and they were great just by boiling them and then drying on a griddle a bit longer than normal. Note to people unfamiliar with these - they are not like pasta - you need to prepare them properly and understand that there is no gluten or wheat, just fiber, so it is different. Made in the USA is a plus. My only complaint is that the price went up by about $6 since I bought them. Keeping in my saved items list to see if the price goes back down to reorder.

Very very very thin! Almost human-hair like
It’s not miracle noodles fault. Completely my fault. I didn’t realize these would be this thin! It cooks the same way as other miracle noodles (wash for 3-4 mins under cold water, dry heat on pan until all the water is gone and add to sauce). However because the noodles are so thin, they all “ball up” together into a rather tangled mass and it’s hard to enjoy them with vegetables. I should have done some more research. Being this thin the portion size (still 7oz) feels tiny in comparison. I would rather stick to their angel hair - it’s much more appealing!

These were GREAT!
I made my homemade spaghetti sauce with grass fed beef, lots of veggies and simmered it separately from the pasta. Before cooking the pasta in salty water, I rinsed them. When I plated it all up, it looked fantastic (I didn't grab a pic). When I tasted it...OH MY. What a great gluten free, no carb, no fat way to eat noodles!!! The texture isn't for everyone but I love it. I will be ordering again and again. I know it's a bit pricey, but for super healthy stuff, I have not found anything else (yet) comparable.

Can’t take the texture
Looked like worms, were a texture I could not get used to....seemed slimy, even tho I knew they were not. I would never order again. If keto dieting demands meals like this....I guess I’ll never lose weight.

Can't believe how good they are
Pricey for the packages and the portion but very good tasting. Rinse off then pan fry with some sesame pepper oil and the taste just like rice noodles. I'll take the package the hong kong market or vietnamese grocery stores and see if I can find the a little cheaper

BEST PASTA ALTERNATIVE!
This stuff is AMAZING! Other than the inital smell before rinsing. As an Italian this is about as close to real pasta without the carbs you’ll get. The baked ziti tastes amazing!! We love all of the types of Miracle Noodles!

Not a traditional Italian pasta noodle!
These noodles are defining a strange consistency and nothing like a traditional noodle you would want for Italian dishes. They are more like an Asian cellophane noodle. They arrive in vaccine sealed bags, floating in a milk liquid. Won’t be reordering them.
