Great product. I was hooking up to my snowbear plow and the power box had to be under my hood and not on the plow so the rocker switch could plug into the 4 prong power box. I called the customer service number at 6:00, Kevin called me at 6:20 and said can I help you!! WOW an English speaking person that new his product. I explained to him how I was applying the winch to a plow. He walked me through how to switch the wires so the power box could be under my hood and my rocker (IN - OUT) switch could work. Very polite and said call anytime Peter!!!

Like-for-like replacement - Excellent choice
Unbolted the 30+ year-old original gray NWB3000 Snowbear winch from my 1974 Jeep CJ5.Bolted on the new one, plugged it in to the original connector.Poof. Let it snow.
