I would recommend all the Schleich figures to anyone looking to provide excellent play imagining to their children and grandchildren, very young and older. My great-grandson is less than 2 and really enjoys playing with all his animals. I bought large and small figures so the small ones can be the babies. These figures are well made and with excellent detail so they look very realistic. Children learn quickly the names of the animals, the sounds they make, and the environment they live in. I am completely happy with all my animal purchases.

Bought this bear as a gift for a friend's 3 year old. I love how expressive his face is and how the detail goes right down to his footpads. The actual bear I received had some minor paint discoloration on his teeth, but that sometimes happens with Schleich because they are hand painted. He is a little small compared to the bison, moose, and wolf we bought. There is also a standing female bear and a cub, if you like to have a whole family.

Nice product. Bear looks so real. But don't worry it's just a toy. My kids love it. The toys I usually bought from walmart are different from these toys, from Amazon. I felt its lil pricey because of size but if I will talk about the quality, the price is ok.
