Works great
Project worked great make sure you protect the surrounding area to prevent scratches to the paint. The more I sanded the better the results were.

Works but is a pain
I'd love to say this works fantastically, but the vapor isn't very strong whether the spout or straw is used. This results in a sparse or sporadic coverage area. If there is a slight wind, forget about using it. In order to get full coverage I was having to hold the cup very close to the headlight, resulting in drips which have to be sanded off and re treated. The process is difficult on the arms and time consuming. I will say that the shiny headlight is worth the trouble.

Works exactly as described
I don't write reviews, but this product worked so well that I had to write one. My headlights went from a foggy yellow to clear. It took about an hour from start to finish. The instructions were super easy to follow. I totally recommend this product!

Won't even heat water.
I used the 110v adapter to heat the cup. After 20 minutes the water was luke warm at best. The adapter was very hot. It should be the other way around. So I ordered a replacement. The replacement did the same thing. This is my first time trying this tool. So I'm not sure how it is supposed to heat the chemical to start vaporizing. I do know that a transformer that gets to hot to touch is not doing a good job. In conclusion I'm sending both kits back.

You have to make it work... fairly good. It's not like in the videos.
Acetone vaporizes just below 134 degrees (F). I didn't have a thermometer to measure it, but the warming cup didn't get much above that temperature. To get it to work somewhat, I had to slosh the cup around so the liquid went up the sides to a part of the cup that wasn't being cooled by the bulk of the liquid, so it would vaporize somewhat better. I got the 120V model thinking it would heat better. I was sadly disappointed. The areas near the bottom of my lenses that are badly damaged would clear as the vapor passed over them, and then go right to foggy again. I'm guessing the damage is much deeper into the plastic, although during sanding, the surface appeared evenly sanded.

IT WORKS
My 2008 Honda Civic SI has original headlights. They were more like a shower door š¤£. This stuff works exactly as it says and shows on their videos. The sanding was the hardest work. But now my headlights look brand new crystal clear. I followed up with Meguiar's Keep Clear Headlight Coating to keep it clear. Hopefully I will only have to reapply this clear coat every year. It has UV protection.
