The build is cheap. Two of the USB ports are too tight to easily accept plug. Would not charge more than one USB device at a time and the ports worked intermittently. Would recommend if it actually worked as it is light and compact.

Having a issue with USB ports going on/off randomly. Kept it in the box for two months. Finally started using it to charge my phone at night. The noise of the charge tone on my iphone woke me up. This has happened consistently but at random times. Tried different products with different cables on different ports. Happens if charging on one port or all at the same time. I would not recommend this product as it seems to be an issue that will probably happen eventually if it doesn't happen right away.I will say I like the design of the block. It fits perfectly on the back of the night stand. Had high hopes from a Amazon Recommended product.

Got this for traveling. It’s awesome for people who traveling with phones, a GoPro, a camera, an iPad, and a stablizer device. How many usb charger do you need to bring with you? ONE! And of course the appropriate cables. It also has two charger outlets so you can also charge your laptop or anything that doesn’t take usb.This will be with me for every trip I am taking from now on and not to worry about the hotel/ Airbnb doesn’t have enough outlets! Cheers!

The first time I used the product was just outside the return window. I plugged it in and it immediately shorted out. Complete junk.

I take this every time I travel somewhere. It's great for hotel rooms that don't have an outlet near the bed and more than one of us can plug in at night. It's even convenient when I have a bunch of friends over to the house so they can all plug in when their devices die, as they do!

Worked fine fast-charging my google pixel over USB-C. Won't fast charge my S9+ with the same port and cable. In fact it specifically "slow charges" -- the charge rate is slower than using the standard USB ports or wireless charging.Nice and compact though, and the four usb ports will rapid charge my pixel with a proper cable as well.

The unit worked out of the box. My only negative is that the power button only turns the USB ports off and I needed something that switched the standard plug plugs off too.

I foolishly purchased this power strip thinking the USB-C port would charge my MacBook, but it does not. The power outlets seem to work fine, and so far so do the regular USB ports. But I think I could have gotten one without the useless (to me) USB-C port for less money. Disappointed, will need to decide whether to return this or just live with it.
