This puts me to sleep!
Wow -- this KNOCKS me out. I have to take 1/4th a tablet to sleep and then that knocks me out even the next day. I'm a big dude too. I'm 6'1 220lbs. It really hits me hard. Works really well for me.

It came several days later than promised, but I hadn't run out of my own, so no big deal.

At last...a simple, affordable OTC sleep aid that works so well for me
I have had trouble sleeping since I was a teenager. I've tried several prescriptions for sleep and they work for a short while but then stop. I don't like anything that is a controlled substance, legally prescribed or not. What I have been doing for some months now is this melatonin product. I've tried others in the past but his works better than most things I've tried. Still, after a lifetime of trying things, I tend to get 4-6 hours of sleep a night. And this product has made a very good improvement on that for me. I wake up rested without any "hangover-type" dullness. This works very well for me.
