Easy peasy
Hubs said these were the best made, easiest to install house numbers he has ever worked with. And he has worked with a lot. The template makes it fool proof to line up. They look classy, too.

Very nice
I had not seen them as my wife ordered them and they are very nice once installed.

Nice, modern look
Easy instructions. The numbers were not as wide as I wished. Seems to be a crisp, narrow look however. My hardware package was missing the wall anchors. That could have used a bit more quality control.

Great, but.....
The numbers themselves are really good and look very nice when placed on the house. The biggest problem with them was mounting them. The direction are very clear and the template makes drilling the holes and keeping the proper spacing perfect. The only problem I found was that the instructions say drill 7/32 inch holes for the wall anchors to be placed. I would suggest not doing this. The reason is because the anchors that are included are flush mount anchors meaning they have no lip. After your holes are drilled and the anchors placed. The instructions say place the numbers in the anchors and tap them into the wall up to the spacer. This is where the problem starts. If you have a hollow wall, like 2X6 framing, the anchors will just be pushed into the wall and not held up. To fix this problem I had to go buy regular anchors with a lip so the numbers could be installed correctly. Yes you can see a little of the white from the anchors behind the numbers but at least the numbers fit tight and look good now. I would strongly recommend if you are going to use these numbers that you only drill a hole just smaller than the screws on the back of the numbers and not using the anchors unless you have a solid filled wall like concrete. The real advantage of doing that is your not drill three big 1/4 inch holes in the side of you house for each number. Lesson learned for me but the numbers do look great. I would have given five stars if I didn't have 15 1/4 inch holes in my siding or the proper anchors were included.

Very sturdy and easy to install but you need a drill
Just as I imagined. Stands off the surface you choose to install onto
