Works really well for our caravan, easy to set up and use. allows me to set unique codes for guest access remotely via bluetooth, battery life is still at 85% after 12 months of been installed. Well worth the money. Only thing i would like is for the app to be available on PC as well as mobile.

Having locked myself out on more than one occasion, this electronic key safe is surprisingly robust. Easy to install and a simple Bluetooth app that makes remote unlocking a breeze. The app is a real step forward: not only can you unlock the box with your phone, but also programme a number of numerical passcodes.The lock then keeps a timed record of opening, logged against each method of unlocking. Thus far, the battery life looks good - and the app reports the battery charge each time the lock is undone.Plenty of room to secure a full set of house keys. This lock may be pricey, but the security and versatility (especially the ability to remotely unlock for others) makes this worth every penny!

Has stopped working after about 1-2 months of being used outside (UK summer weather!). So now it is stuck on our wooden EV charger cabinet on the side of our house as I can't get to the screws to remove it. No battery warning or anything given and no manual key override. I'm apparently now too late to get a refund. Luckily I didn't have any keys in there at the time. Would highly recommend avoiding this product.

The box is great however it would be great if the product owner could develop the app to include a smart watch entry, in my case a Apple WatchSaying that I would fully recommend it to anyone.

I purchased this to replace the standard code lock and it works a treat. I did download the app suggested but it looks identical to smart life so I tried adding it to that and it works! Recommend using that if you have other smart devices already connected!Bluetooth works well and connects at a distance around 4m. Codes easy to set up for multiple long term guests, short terms codes, and even offline. I use mine for dog sitters and allow them easy access.Make sure to insert the rubber plugs correctly as I could see how water might get in otherwise, but as long as you’ve done that, it seems to be pretty water resistant. So far had no issues with water getting in mine. Happy with the purchase and worth the money for a smart lock box.

The media could not be loaded. Was using a number of these for a property management business but they were quite unreliable and frustrating for people. Often just had opening errors for no apparent reason. The battery indicators are incorrect and alerts haven’t seemed to work. I’ve opened it with a hand slap before and I dropped one and it popped open! So not exactly secure! In video you see it failing to open via the app. But the app records it as a success in the log, which can be a major issue for employee/client trust

This is a lovely designed lock box. Miles better than those clunky looking Masterlock ones. Easy to set up. Can unlock with phone or by key press. Feels like you're a Bond villain entering his secret base. Batteries are still at 90% after. 9 months use. Spot on!

Great solution and price for a bluetooth enabled lock box. Can be a little problematic to get the app setup to use bluetooth if the user is connecting to an existing 'home' rather than setting up the box directly. However, creating a dummy 'home' and trying to scan for a device then gets the app to connect to bluetooth and setup the positions. Not entirely sure how weatherproof the box is as there seems to be a little gap where the door closes - not enough to worry about security as it's still locked solidly.However, all in all this is a great solution at a fantastic price compared to competitors on the market.
