These were easy to install and worked great. I wish the pole hight adjusted to different sizes. I had to tape the poles because my pics were not tall enough.

I designed my prints in Canva, printed via 48-hour prints and installed at home. It works great and is way better hardware than the usual you get from online printers that include a stand. The installation video is quite helpful, particularly how you load and unpack the stand with one person. The only thing I’d think about when installing is to measure and 3/4 of an inch from the top from your banner before putting the screen in a place. If you don’t, hold onto the little key you pull out so you can adjust.

Just what I needed, easy to attach my old banner to this new stand.

Many things are wrong with this product, including a very real possibility of injury to the user. 1. The banners I wish to display have grommets attached to the top and bottom. Many commercially prepared banners have this feature. This makes it impossible to safely secure the top of the banner to the horizontal bar that attaches to the top of the pole. The thickness of the grommets make it impossible to snap the bar shut. Nowhere in the product description is there any warning of this. 2. The aforementioned horizontal bar attaches to the top of the pole via a flimsy plastic hook that does not secure. It could easily come undone while in use. 3. You must adhere the bottom of your banner to a small flap attached to the bottom of the stand. This is done by removing the protective cover of an adhesive strip attached to the flap and attaching the banner to it, and then additionally you must tape the banner to the flap with packaging tape. This makes the installation permanent, or at the very least very difficult to swap out, and perhaps unusable a second time. Again - nowhere in the description of this product does it mention this. I had intended to use the stand with different banners, swapping them out as desired - not at all practical, perhaps not even feasible. 4. The retraction mechanism is very strong. If you lose your grip while attempting to install, your banner will snap out of your hands, presenting the possibility of injury. This happened to me - the banner pulled out of my hands and cut my finger as it whipped by. 5. Your banner must be the precise height of the product. I assumed that my 70.5" banner would attach to an 80" stand. Not! Because the banner must be adhered with tape and glue to the bottom flap, it will not stretch to the top of the pole. Height of pole is not adjustable. Summary - this is a poorly designed, unsafe product. The description fails to discuss several important requirements for use. Even if your banner matches the unstated requirements, it is still shoddy and unsafe to use. This product should not be allowed on Amazon. Returning.

Excellent banner for my business.

The stand was very easy to manage and the video gave great instructions on how to put this together. Everything went flawless. The only negative was the zipper on the carry case was VERY difficult to open and close but the product is perfect and so far so good.
