This product is horrible! It peeled off after an hour of it being put on. It said to use it at night and not wear it more then 10 hours, really, didn't even last an hour. What a joke! And now I can't even return it.

I'm not sure if this actually did anything for my hormonal health, because the patches wouldn't stick to my skin.

If you've gone thru Menopause and have absolutely NO DESIRE to even kiss or hold hands with your spouse, you owe it to yourself and your partner to check out this patch! I had researched to try to find a natural hormone replacement and was taking some all natural pills that were suppose to do the trick. After 4 months of daily.pills i still.felt the same, no change. Same is true of some lotion products i tried. After one-day of wearing this patch and a b12 patch I could not believe the impact it had on my daily.living. like you, I was skeptical but thought what the heck. And it was by far one of.the.best decisions I've made lately. I'm telling you in all honesty, give it a try. I would give it a 10 outta 5 if i could.
