I thought 1 mg dosage was too low for more severe sleep issues, but for light sleep support, these mints are a great option. Ok this gum is so interesting! I helps calm you without making you sleepy. Better than alcohol with negative side affects but just a nice sense of calm and peace in your body with natural ingredients. The gum had a mild, calming flavor, which was quite soothing. Within about 20 minutes taking the gum, I started to feel noticeably more peaceful even with my normal busy schedule. **Update**I used to chew gum while studying and then chew the same gum during the exams. This time I used this to study and took them during at exam. My grades improved! Idk if it's a placebo or not, but I don't want to know. It worked and that's all that matters to me.I am in Nursing School, my last year, and as a student I've been having a lot of stress. A few break downs. Test anxiety. The works. I am trying to find something to help take the edge off. I get to the point where I can't focus because I have so much stress and anxiety. I will read a question five times because my brain is blocking it out. I want to use this as a study aid and exam aid. Just calming down.I will update this in November 2024, I want to give it a month to see if it impacts my grades at all. I know it won't directly impact them, I'm meaning if I have any improvement. That's how I'm measuring the success here. I'll add if it also just makes daily like easier as well. Like studying.Taste is good, nothing special. I like how compact the containers are, so I can put them in my clinical and class bags.It's at 4 stars because I can't really rate it fully yet. In a month I'll come back.

I've tried twice. They are not good tasting. There is something I can't quite place the taste...Anyway. The mints are NOT for me.These could NOT be returned as they are food. But the company kindly REIMBURSED me.Wish I'd gotten the gum. It is terrific and works well.

We really liked the energy gum so we tried the calm and clarity mints - the taste is bad. Very strong honey flavor with no lemon. Wish these were minty.Amazon doesn't let you return this item btw, so only buy if you really really like the taste of honey.

It is very effective. I still get angry or upset but I'm not flying off the handle and my husband is not so angry anymore and is re s pen d ing to people, which he did not use to do. So yes I t is working and does not take over as you are still you. It takes awhile to realize that it is working and others are noticing too.
