BECBAS ELEMENT 9 Garbage Disposal，1-1/4HP 2700RPM Household Food Waste Disposer, With Power Cord

My name brand disposal rusted out after a few years. So I started looking for a very quiet disposal that would not rust out and was well made. To reach those standards most disposals would cost two to four hundred dollars or more; that also is unacceptable. After doing research on different brands and looking at BECBAS website I took a gamble and purchased their 1.25 hp. disposal.Excellent Choice! The local repairman I regularly use came and installed it. We started it up and both of us were amazed at how quiet the disposal ran. It’s Very Quiet!Next, the repairman noticed the stainless steel grinding plate and stated that this disposal will not rust out like my previous system. That is another reason I had purchased the BECBAS system.Both of us looked over how well this product is build, runs and preforms. Our conclusion is we both are extremely impressed with it and we both recommend it. This brand of disposals (BECBAS) is clearly an excellent quality system and yes I know it’s made in China and China is known for producing inexpensive poor quality products. I can remember when that statement applied to Japan. Japan is now known for its high-quality products. China is starting to initiate “Quality Control” with many of their products; this product is a fine example of that.IT'S SO NICE TO HAVE A VERY QUIET DISPOSAL...

This took me 1/2 hour to remove badger, rough description will probably take half that to type... Remove old disposal, wipe sink flange, (didnt have to use putty) disassemble the top half, hold top flange with one hand, lower assembly with the other... Tighten it down tight, add pipe to side, punch out dishwasher flange... Hang first and assemble with p-trap. (Fully engaging bottom to top was assisted by putting screwdriver through loop on flange and then turning red body.) Runs great! Top sound baffle is so new that it can keep water from going down sink. But there is even a stuffing tool to push things down disposal. We will see how many years it lasts compared to insinkerator...Update... After 3 months still nice and quiet compared to badger

Too all the naysayers this is an awesome product. Don't know if its still available but it is the best bang for the buck. All of the issues the buyers stated can be solved with a little common sense. To install put a little liquid hand soap on the rubber ring at top of disposal and it will slide in to install easily. Second to fix the removable rubber food guard just cut a couple slots with scissors and food will push through with no problem

How much can you actually love a garbage disposal? This one is very quiet, much quieter than the Badger 5 it replaced. It was easy to install, other than having to reposition the outlet pipe a bit. It does help to have two people to install it. One person to hold the unit and a second person to hold the mounting ring. I don't see how one person could do it.

Very good product! 1-1/4 horsepower is very powerful and strong enough to handle various kinds of food waste. Very quiet, beyond my expectation. Not expensive, but excellent performance. Definitely will buy again for my new house.

Was worried because other reviews complained that gasket was too thick. Everything fit great, was easy to hookup, and is quiet running. A little silicone plumbing grease on gasket between the flange and gasket made the installation and locking of the ring easy.

Super strong and super quiet. Only downside for me is the size(large). I will never go back to a “name brand” option. Installed a 350 unit from Lowe’s that isn’t any better than this!

I installed this with an air switch on our farmhouse sink. I did NOT need to purchase a deep flange to install it on the thicker sink, which was great. It is well built (much better than I was expecting for the price). It is also very silent.
