Best disposal we've ever had! Very happy with performance. Quieter than expected. Used a plumber for installation, easy job. One important thing is double check the installation to see whether it leaks before your plumber go. My plumber was very nice and checked carefully. He told me that 99% of leak is due to installation or the unbalanced sink. For me, it is good purchase with cheap price.

The diameter of the drain plug is. Is not a standard size. That being said the drain plug supplied is rather cheapy. If you’re going to use your sink as a sink and need to plug the disposal side often unless they can come up with a solution I would look elsewhere because of that reason. However the disposal itself works fantastic and it does fit the standard size drain opening. You just can’t find a replacement drain stopper for the drain/mount included. I’m thrilled to have a great working garbage disposal but I do certainly wish they provided a better drain stopper. I tried purchasing two different options on Amazon that were standard size and found them to not fit.

Super quiet and great value for money! Was much more cost effective than buying a replacement name-brand disposal. Installation was a little challenging because the rubber bit that goes between the disposal and the sink was too thick. I was able to trim it down with a knife and get it installed properly though. It’s been running for several months now, with no issues.

I scoured Amazon for an affordable, low HP, and quiet-sounding garbage disposal. It arrived in the mail I expected it to be small, but was kinda huge. Then I realized it has a larger shell for sound insulation. It installed pretty easily, said the plumber.

The product quit working after 5 weeks and I have contacted BECBAS several times about this and have yet to hear back from them. Paid a plumber to install so it isn't like I can take it right out and send it back. BECBAS says a 3 year warranty and at the rate it is going will be 3 years gone by before they contact me back.

Awesome. Easy to install. Much better than the previous disposal I had that is rated higher and more expensive. This product is superior. Better design. Quieter. Grinds waste more quickly and efficiently. Well built.

beware cheap plastic mountingand a big plastic outer case hiding a dinky small motor surrounded by foam

This is a nice overall unit, easy to install, and has everything you need to install it properly. Not very loud and plenty powerful for the average household. It was priced very competitively as well. Installed August of 2019 and I started leaking from the very bottom early this year 2022. And once they start leaking from the bottom, that's pretty much it. Not exactly great, but what I will say, is that the warranty customer service was outstanding. I simply emailed them with a picture/description and they had another one out within a few days. Hopefully ours was a fluke, and the next one gives us a much longer service life.
