Great blanket, Fantastic price!
We purchased the Crater Lake option for camping, and we also purchased the National Parks Foundation Joshua Tree National Park blanket 1. So I could do a comparison of them both and 2. Because my husband really liked the Lake motif of this blanket better than any others. So, how did the blankets compare?I will say that the material on the Bedvcaty isnt quite as soft as the NPF blanket, but only by a teeeny bit. Its super soft and silky, without sounding too windbreaker’y, if you know what I mean. They both feel exactly the same when it comes to the fluff and quality of the fill, and the Bedvcaty blanket is larger by 2”! The stitching is solid, looks and feels well made, and has the clip to turn it into a poncho. This is the only area where I think that the Natl Parks blanket wins over , as Natl Parks blanket has a row of snaps that make the blanket a little more secure and feeling like a it wont ride off your shoulders when worn as a poncho. The stuff sack is top notch! Its so cute, has a little extra room so its easy to get that blanket back in, and the closure rolls and turns into a handy carry handle! This is WAY BETTER than the National Parks blanket by far! BONUS- The Bedvcaty blanket is $10 cheaper than the NPF Joshua Tree blanket!Overall, super happy with this purchase, we’ll enjoy this for years to come while camping!

Cute, cozy, and warm!!
I got this last second for my birthday camping trip. At night the temps reached about mid 40s , and this on top of my sleeping bag kept me, my dog, and my boyfriend warm! You can also wear it like a poncho, plus the design is so cute!

Affordable good blanket
I like this is easy to pack, waterproof, and great quality. The size is perfect for a throw and the colors are vibrant. I like it more than I expected and it has stood up well with multiple camping trips and home use.

Great quality but not for me
I honestly think this is a 3.5 star blanket. For the price, this is honestly a great quality camping blanket. It’s bigger than the other blankets I got to try out, and it has a better cape clip. It’s fluffy and feels like it has good, even fill throughout, so should do a good job keeping you warm. It’s thicker (and fluffier) then the other blankets I got to try- but this also means it is heavier and won’t pack down as small. The material is nice and slick and water resistant. It is well made with no issues with any of the seams or threads coming undone. Now…on to the why this blanket isn’t for me. I could not get over the material it is made of. Meaning how the material felt against my skin. I read in another review of this blanket that explained it well- it felt like cheap plastic- almost like a plastic bag for a blanket. I really wanted to be able to get past this, but I just couldn’t. I found myself taking the blanket off of me cuz it wasn’t a cozy, cuddly feeling for me. Now, I already own a down rumple blanket. I was just looking for a cheaper polyester filled one to use around the house or when I am camping by water. So having an expensive blanket to compare against, I am probably being pickier than had I not known what that blanket felt like. If the material was different, this blanket would be a winner because of the size and fluffiness of it.Another negative about the blanket for me- was how hot is was. It didn’t just keep me warm or take off the chill- it was too warm and suffocating- as a lot of polyester can be. This is the second reason why I would be finding myself taking off the blanket and not wanting to use it. I live in Florida where it doesn’t get that cold in the winter time. I need something more breathable that warms me up without suffocating me. For those in a folder climate, this may work out great for you. It’s also a beautiful and colorful blanket that looks exactly like the picture. The final thing I noticed- is I did a water test. Yes, it’s water resistant. No. The water never made it through to the other side of the blanket. But I did notice that the side of the blanket I splashed water on still felt wet even after I cleaned it with a rag.For the price, if you can get over the two issues I mentioned, this is a phenomenal blanket. Just not for me.

Great camp blanket!
I bought this for a 4 day raft trip in Idaho. I used it as a blanket, laid it in the sand to sit on and to put my stuff on when unpacking for camp set up. The sand shook off easily and it stayed surprisingly clean. I used the cape feature two mornings and everyone was jealous 😆. It didn’t make me hot sleeping even though it was very warm nights. I slept with it over my face to block the moonlight and didn’t feel suffocated. Love this blanket.

Colorful blanket
I am a world’s traveler and I just needed a blanket like this for unexpected situation like waiting at the airports and the worst part was those cancelled flights. This helps with all kinds of situations. Of course this is also useful for the camping where you know those inclement weather could be sometimes unforgiving and here is the blanket that will keep you warm. It’s artsy colorful blanket that had the contagious vibes. The arts and colors matches my personality.

LOVE LOVE LOVE
Was gonna go to REI and get one. Didn’t really like the colors and the PRICE. Jeez. Amazon to the rescue! I LOVE IT! The colors are great. Didn’t smell horrible when taken out of the bag. CANNOT wait until fall to use it. It’s not very heavy either so it makes it great to pack!
