Brilliant worth the money

The headset is really good however after a few days to headset stopped connecting to the ps5 controller!?

I have bought this headset last week. It arrived in perfect condition and it was a confortable headset with a great sound.Unfortunately, the microphone was not detected on my laptop despite working perfectly on my Macbook. I have contacted customer services in order to try to fix the issue. Not only did the company truly try to be helpful and fix the problem, but they offered me a full refund when they realised the issue could not be fixed. They even told me that I did not have to return the headset.I cannot underline enough how much of a pleasure it is to write such a positive review about a customer service. I'm a low budget student and this sense of business from this company was really welcomed.I highly recommend this headset and this company in general. Not only their articles are great value for money, but they also truly care about their clients and their satisfaction.Looking forward doing business with them again.

I'll start off with probably the only pro of this headset, the build quality...the build quality for a product of this price is pretty good. The headset feels sturdy and mic is ok.Now for the cons. Sound quality is extremely poor, the sound echos, lacks substance, hardly any bass and sometimes noises muffle together in a weird way...just overall poor. Next the cable is too short, it needs to be a few feet longer, I dont know why companies opt for short cables and all the reviews saying the cable length is long, im not sure how they are using it lol. My headset is plugged into the back of my PC and there's no wriggle room what-so-ever.Last is the pressure of the ear cushions. It focuses all of the pressure below the ear and doesn't distribute pressure equally like a headset should all around the ear and head. It's extremely uncomfortable bordering painful if used for a long period. Honestly, you could pay £10 more and get a much better headset. I'm sending this product back.This review is coming from someone who works on his PC many hours a day btw. Not some brought reviewer who leaves a 5 star review, Amazon seriously needs to sort its review algorithm out.
