They added the right esthetic to my 1911.

They look very nice but really spendy for 4 little screws

Look great and the O-ring keeps the from seizing in the bushings. Adds a great look to the 1911.

Screw size is a bit wider than what the bushings had when I bought my gun from a friend. I don't believe he modified it at all or what the actual measurements are for screw sizes so it's hard to give the specifics. 4 stars only because I wish it was described in more detail how you may need to have the proper bushings and possible thread sizing differences as not all "1911" cosmetic accessories are interchangeable out there. Bought the Challis bushings recomended and while the screws fit perfectly, the threading was finer than what my frame had but just using a very firm hand tightening it was enough to have my Coobra 1911 Exo grips fit flush with the frame and everything feels great on it. Also the seller contacted me and was very congenial about my first review before I bought the bushings and has made this a very nice experience. Very cool people so don't be afraid to ask questions :)

For the outrageous price they charge for these, I would have expected the steel to be heat treated well enough to not strip when I torque the screws in secure. It looks like my $25 Home Depot wrench set uses better steel than the 'made in the USA, family owned' blah blah this company boasts.They look fine, that gets them two stars.
