I wear glasses, can I use this monocular while wearing them? Also, would this be good in an urban context?

My husband and I both wear glasses and have no problem at all! It is so handy anywhere since it is so small and fits easily in a shirt pocket. We don't use binoculars any more and we travel extensively! We love ours (each have one!)

I have one of these and I do not think the optic quality is very good. Has anyone compared this to the Steiner miniscope for optics?

I haven't compared it to the Steiner miniscope, but I agree that the optic quality isn't good enough to make it much good for anything.

Does this product come with a case?

No case, these were being sold as optional when I bought this monocular. Great optics, though.

Can you focus on a persons face at 130 yards out with the 8x or would 10x be better?

You can focus on a face 130 yds away with either the 8x or the 10x; focus is independent of magnification. The 10x will give you better resolution (detail), which can be more helpful if you can hold it steady.
