I bought this because I was in need of periodic "reminders" to sit up straight. ...I do have a tendency to slump when working at the PC, which can lead to discomfort later. This adds just enough adjustable pressure to provide that reminder.My only reason for less than 5 stars is that I found the diagrams explanation for "wrapping" the straps a bit confusing. But once you have that figured out, you are good to go!

It fits really tight which is a good thing but what I did not like is that the seams of the plastic bones in the back part of it came undone and they are coming out the bottom of it while I am wearing it
