As for results, I’ve noticed my skin looks a bit healthier lately... though it’s hard to say if that’s from the collagen or just feeling better and more healthy overall. Product quality seems excellent. Was recommended by a friend for hair and joint support. I mixed it with my daily fiber supplement and was happy with how it actually helped that product dissolve better and become more drinkable. Went well in my daily protein shakes, although it does have a slightly salty taste which I don't love. Only after the fact did I realize how expensive this product was - for my wife and I to each take a serving per day it would be $100/month (or $50/month for 1 person). While I would happily order this brand if money was not a concern at all, I found alternatives on Amazon that also appeared to be similar quality with less sodium for less than 1/2 the price.

But product does not dissolve well. And there are other collagen products including a wider range of types that dissolve better.
