My stand came with the top and bottom parts but no pole. After contacting them they offered a partial refund. I was happy with that since I had already found a solution for the missing part.

Missing the main piece
This item showed up missing the middle piece- the rod or stick for the center. The top and bottom were thrown into a plastic bag. ***update...I have YET to receive a refun.
