Q: What is the maximum weight tolerance for this wedge?

Hi Mohsen! I've had athletes squat with 405 on the bar and it's held up well. I also drove my Jeep over it and it came out unscathed ;) -Joel

Q: Will this stay in place on a hard surface like vinyl plank? We don't have rubber mats in our home gym so I don't want it to slide out from under me.

When you are standing on it during squats, it will definitely stay in place. If you nudge it with your foot it may move slightly, especially on vinyl plank.

Hi! It is sturdy cross-linked EVA which means it is extremely light like foam but is much stronger and more dense.

Hey Drew, this is normal. You may notice a slight imprint, especially on squats & calf raises but the material is pretty resilient and normally regenerates and reforms after a short time. It shouldn't affect its long-term function or form.
