I put fake tea lights that flicker like real candles in these in my bookshelf. I mixed them with fondle holders that are more clear.These are superior for using fake candles because you can't see the candle when they are off (giving away that they are fake) and you can still see a lot of light.I decorate with a lot of gold and red at Christmas, so I can see myself ordering another set to use at Christmas because they are so nice!I am including a photo of the other tealight holders that I have on the same bookshelf, where you can see the candles. Since I took the photo, I did upgrade the fake candles to ones with a remote that look more real, but these are still superior. I always look for ones that are not see through now.

I used these to decorate the tables at a celebration for our 40th anniversary, which is the ruby anniversary. I put tea lights in them. I will probably use them at Christmas time.

These votives are worth the money and glisten like jewels on my table.

Very pretty! Love them! I bought these for a baby shower I will be giving, as decorations for the table, as well as for party favors to take home. I also purchased battery operated candles to go inside, for safety reasons.
