Product was not the typical 'Oil rubbed bronze' color. It was much too light and was really brassy bronze finish. I ended up returning it and purchasing another brand that was the right color.

My contractor bought 7 sets to install in my apartment ...
My contractor bought 7 sets to install in my apartment. After 3 years of usage, one cartridge developed a crack to let hot water running non stop for several hours, wasting gallons of water and cubic feet of gas before my handyman can shut off the water heater supply. There is no hardware store or plumbing wholesale that carries their parts, my handyman jerry rigged the fix with a cartridge from another manufacturer located a wholesale plumbing supply.Another faucet was leaking, but my handyman has been able to fix it.2 out of 7 leak due to their cartridges.
